Exercise
Why Exercise?
Exercising is a vital part of health and longevity. Exercise boosts cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory capabilities, promotes musculoskeletal strength, boosts endurance, promotes healthy hormones, can balance / maintain a healthy weight, and a plethora of other effects.
Cardiovascular Benefits
Exercise promotes better cardiac output. With a better cardiac output, blood pressure is maintained at a better level and allows the body to carry both oxygen and nutrients to the body efficiently. Additionally, this reduces cardiac hypertrophy - the breaking down of the heart muscle. Other benefits include higher insulin sensitivity - which reduces the likeliness of Type 2 Diabetes - and a better lipoprotein plasma profile - which allows efficient transport of triglycerides and lipid cells to other cells and parts of the body, maximizing energy production and filtration.
Cardiorespiratory Benefits
Exercise promotes better oxidation to the body. By working with the cardiovascular system, the cardiorespiratory system is able to deliver oxygen to hemoglobin - which are attached to red blood cells - and transport these cells to the entire body to continue out life.
